![]() I found this comment under a JavaFX setup in vsCode youtube video, I tried it out and it worked. After that it started running normally, even when i use CTRL F5. Rather than clicking "CTRL + F5", i went to the run panel on the left hand side and at the top there is an option to select which file to run and changed it from "current file" to the name of the file i wanted and then clicked the green button. Most jest configurations are not (re-)compiling files from the nodemodules directory, so make sure to import the CJS/UMD/ES6 version of your dependency, and not the ESM version. I'm just worried that this is an issue with my code instead of the IDE. Check your IntelliSense settings, set the compiler path and IntelliSense mode to g++ and gccx-64 (if you are using C and C++ in windows). The Makefile extension performs the same steps as we would have to do manually to compile the source.
